We want to know the dealmakers. People who can resuscitate stalled deals. People who can build bridges instead of walls when the parties to a buy/sell transaction are in disagreement. These are the people who strengthen our economy while they protect the buyers and sellers of small and midsize businesses.
Who should we invite into our membership?
Who are the best service providers and sources of financing who serve clients that buy or merge small and midsize privately held businesses? Such as accountants, appraisers, attorneys and business merger or acquisition consultants. Such as SBA lenders, asset-based lenders, factors, loan brokers, private equity groups.
We are looking for dealmakers. Too often pending transactions are unnecessarily disrupted or killed because of service providers who do not know enough about buyer representation and dealmaking
The best service providers can explain to you how they facilitate worthwhile done deals for buyers which are win-win for all parties to the transaction.
We invite you to recommend sources of financing for buy/sell transactions; they must be providing financing right now, despite the winding down of the Great Recession.
Please do not recommend service providers that do not have a successful track record that includes representation of or provider of services to business buyers and those buyers directly pay the service provider. Advising buyers without compensation does not qualify for membership.
