We collaborate with specialty business acquisition experts, legal, accounting, tax, valuation and other service providers whose reputation includes being a dealmaker instead of an unnecessary deal killer.

Who We Are
The IPBBA multi-disciplinary membership comprises independent professional service practitioners and other service providers who serve buyers of small or midsize businesses. Such as accountants, attorneys, business acquisition consultants, estate planners, financial advisors, private equity groups, source(s) of financing and valuators of business assets and/or business enterprises.
Most of our members, from their home base, serve a national clientele; some of them international. They involve other specialists, regardless of their locale, in dealmaking when local talent is not equivalent to specialists whose office is in another locale. The IPBBA encourages this type of networking.
Applicants must show us they have a successful track record that includes representation of or provider of services to buyers or sellers of small and midsize businesses.
